Summary

Manages the financial and regulatory compliance of the company by supporting the COO/CFO in areas of accounting, budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting and analysis. Ensures adherence to GAAP and helps establish, maintain and strengthen financial policies and procedures, internal controls and reporting systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate recognition of cash receipts and revenues
• Manages accounts payable
• Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of budget
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Ensures existing accounting policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provides operational support to the Corporate Support team

Skills and Experience

• College Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance & accounting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information

Salary And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $68,000-$73,000. We offer:
