Description
KUAF Public Radio is hiring a Revenue Development Director – someone who wants to use their sales and business development expertise to support public radio. This is a real opportunity to do work that matters.
You’ll lead our underwriting program (public radio’s version of sponsorship), develop corporate partnerships, and create new revenue streams through digital platforms, podcasts, and events. This role is about building sustainable funding for quality journalism, music, and storytelling that serves Northwest Arkansas, Arkansas River Valley, Eastern Oklahoma and Southern Missouri.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years in sales, development, or fundraising with a proven track record meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate believes in public media’s community impact and can think strategically while working independently.
Salary range is $61,735-$69,452. The position is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and reports to the General Manager of KUAF Public Radio.
