Greater Public works with an external company to ensure compliance and updates on critical platforms such as Salesforce and WordPress.
Through the vendors of these critical platforms we enforce strong password policies, enable mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), use session timeouts and log-in attempt limits to increase security.
Access to sensitive data is restricted based on roles within the organization.
