Description

WSHU Public Radio is looking for a dynamic individual to assist the General Manager in creating and implementing an annual fundraising plan, budget, and programming development. This staffer will also oversee FCC, CPB, and NPR compliance, and manage Development Committee and Community Advisory Board communications and meetings.

In addition, this individual will oversee the planning and execution of on-air pledge drives; identify prospective individual and corporate donors and develop strategies to cultivate those relationships; and create and execute a strategy to grow a large sustained base of annual individual donors.
