Description

WSKG seeks a Chief Development Officer who will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing a successful fundraising program to achieve annual fundraising and underwriting goals. The CDO must have superb management skills to successfully lead a results-oriented staff in growing donors and revenue to support the needs of the organization. The position oversees the Major Gifts, Leadership Society, Planned Giving, and Annual Membership programs, and guides all stewardship and database activities, ensuring programs are well executed. The CDO also manages the Business Underwriting team, ensuring that corporate partners are effectively cultivated and stewarded. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CDO helps develop station-wide strategic priorities and works collaboratively across the organization to ensure that organizational goals are met.
