Coordinator, Online Fundraising

Full-Time, Regular

Reports to: Senior Director, Direct Response Fundraising

We’re looking to hire a Coordinator for our Online Fundraising team. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic and growing online fundraising program. You’ll assist in implementing efforts to acquire, renew and retain WETA members via email, website promotions, digital ads, and other digital channels.

In an average week, you can expect to:

  • Setup, proofread and deploy direct email communications.
  • Maintain online communications calendar and build project timelines.
  • Support departmental marketing of streaming member benefit WETA Passport and free streaming video on-demand through digital channels.
  • Provide graphic design support as needed and maintain/update library of graphics.
  • Support backend digital fundraising needs, including source code requests, donation form updates, thank you gift fulfillment and event tracking, along with campaign reporting.

What success looks like:

  • After 60 days, you’ll understand our workflows and be familiar with the online fundraising calendar.  You will have undergone intensive training on the eCRM platform.
  • After 120 days, you’ll be accurately completing daily and weekly tasks and continuing to build your skill set on the eCRM platform.

You must have:

  • Strong organizational, project planning, and time management skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to generate and maintain digital tracking and analytic reports in Excel.
  • History of being a self-starter, taking initiative, and problem solving.
  • College degree in marketing, public relations, or related field; minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You should have (preferred):

  • Experience in relational databases or eCRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated skill in HTML and Photoshop.
