WUCF TV & FM is looking for a Coordinator for the Development Department who, under the management of the Director of Development and the Associate Director of Philanthropy, will support the daily fundraising operations related to major gifts, planned giving, and corporate support.

Responsibilities and duties for the Development Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate internal functions as they relate to WUCF TV and FM corporate sponsors. Schedule and attend client meetings.
Create proposals and contracts.
Coordinate TV and FM traffic requests.
Manage sponsor renewal schedules. 
Oversee TV spot inventory.
Prospect research.
Coordinate internal functions as they relate to WUCF major gifts and planned giving. 
Support annual solicitation campaigns.
Coordinate mailings as it relates to renewals, additional gifts, invoicing, acknowledgments, etc.
Conduct major donor research at the request and direction of the management team.
Secure project information, including budgets, offers, proposals and asks, including impact/proof of performance information that will be used to let each donor know the difference their gift to the Station is making.
Produce and maintain donor reports, which accurately reflect internal/external activities and performance. 
Coordinate major donor and planned giving cultivation events.
Professionally handles messages and conversations with donors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong computer skills are essential, especially Microsoft Suite: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Experience working with database information. 

Strong analytical skills; experience analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data.

Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Annual Salary: Negotiable
