Description
KBUT Community Radio in Crested Butte, Colorado, is seeking an Executive Director to manage and guide the station. The Executive Director is responsible for providing staff and volunteer leadership and implementing organizational goals and policies. The Executive Director develops and tracks the operational budget and serves as the business manager and chief administrator of the station. The Executive Director hires and supervises station personnel; oversees development and fundraising activities; and ensures compliance with FCC regulations, applicable state and federal laws and professional standards. The Executive Director oversees operational and technical systems. Previous management, leadership and administrative experience required. Previous experience with non-profit development and community/public radio preferred. Crested Butte is a resort community in central Colorado with a ski area, beautiful scenery and an array of year-round outdoor activities.
