The Opportunity:

The Membership Manager leads and coordinates campaigns related to fundraising and public relations targeting current and prospective donors to support WUCF ongoing membership efforts. Membership campaigns include multi-channel annual and sustaining (monthly) giving program, radio and television on-air fundraising, donor services, and digital fundraising.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the Membership Team, collaborating with WUCF and UCF Foundation to positively impact fund utilization and stewardship, and identifying key performance indicators through data analysis to focus on member cultivation, growth, and retention. Establishes sustainable, active processes and partnerships that will deliver the highest level of accountability and impact reporting to WUCF donors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work flexible hours based as WUCF is a 24/7 media operation.
