Description
Oversee quality and content of WUWF on air news offerings, serving as gate keeper and “final say” over what leads become stories, what stories are used on air, or on line. Demonstrate sound news judgement, the highest journalistic ethics and an understanding of the sound and role of public media.

This position, which will report to the Director of Programming & Operations , will serve as the person responsible for editing, assigning scheduling and managing WUWF news efforts on air, and on line, in conjunction with WUWF news staff, WUWF Digital Content producers and CREO (Center for Research & Economic Opportunity) writers & producers
