Member Services and Outreach Coordinator – Delmarva Public Radio

Primary Job Duties: The Coordinator, in collaboration with the DPR General Manager and Engagement Director, will coordinate activities to support overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the annual fund as well as execute strategies and administer systems for revenue generation (to include: funds received in relation to on and off air pledge drives, direct mail, Internet/social media/print media solicitation and telemarketing campaigns).
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field; one to three years of public broadcasting or non-profit fundraising experience; detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, time management, and oral/written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) software; and, experience with membership database management and communications applications/systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DonorPerfect/Constant Contact software
