Our Hour: Recognizing, Preventing and Ending Workplace Bullying

Thursday, April 3, 2025
2:30 p.m. Eastern / 11:30 a.m. Pacific

Let’s face it: We’re living in an age where bullying, in all of its forms, is going unchecked – even in our workplaces. Reflecting on instances of bullying, which include intimidation, harassment, purposeful and malicious exclusion, spreading rumors, and minimizing legitimate concerns, will help us pinpoint and confront these behaviors when they occur in our purview. Join us Thursday, April 3 from 2:30 – 4 p.m. Eastern / 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Pacific for a 90-minute town hall where we’ll discuss identifying and disrupting these harmful behaviors.

Our Hour is for people who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color, biracial or multiracial; this is a camera-on environment to offer connection as well as safety. Sharing this event with other BIPOC-identifying colleagues will assist in growing the Our Hour community.
