Elena See founded Whisper Speak Roar Media (WSRM) along with Suzanne Schaffer in 2022 to help leaders develop their confidence and skills in writing, presenting, communicating with teams and customers, and hosting and producing podcasts and broadcasts. WSRM also supports organizations through change management, improving workflows and creating increased capacity with finite resources.

Elena has worked in communications for more than 20 years as a producer, a nationally syndicated host (music and news) and a project manager. Her areas of expertise include on-air host coaching and development, communicating more effectively, preparing presentations, project managing, and leading teams through change as a fractional leader and mentor. Elena loves reading and working on her Midwestern moss garden.
